I created Aura and Glow to achieve what I always needed for myself: a true refresh. It is a space where you can step away from the dust, grime, and hardships of daily responsibilities to focus on what matters most. CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Your appointments are truly important to me, and that time is reserved completely for you. While I understand that life happens and schedules change, last-minute openings are difficult to fill as a solo provider. I kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines: Free Rescheduling: There is never a fee if you call or text to reschedule or cancel your appointment ahead of time. I just kindly ask for at least 3 hours' notice so I can try to open the spot for someone else. No-Call No-Shows: If an appointment is missed entirely without any prior notice, a fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service cost will be applied. This fee will need to be settled before booking your next visit. Late Arrivals: If you are running behind, please let me know. I offer a 15-minute grace period to keep things running smoothly. Arriving later than 15 minutes without a heads-up may mean we need to reschedule, and it may be treated as a missed appointment.
